• How can I help him today?
  He’s had abdominal pain on and off for the last two years. He’s also had hard stools. But we got really worried recently because for the last three weeks, he’s been soiling his underwear with watery stools. He keeps saying that “he can’t help it” and “it just comes out.” He’s potty trained so I don’t understand what’s going on.

1. Do you have any pain in your abdomen?
   Yeah, sometimes.
2. Does he have any other symptoms or concerns we should discuss?
   Not really, his pain usually started after eating but it always got better after a few minutes. We’re just more worried since he started having watery stool.
3. Is there any blood in his stools or with his bowel movement?
   No.
4. Does he have to strain when defecating?
   Yes. It’s hard to watch sometimes.
5. Is your pain relieved after a bowel movement?
   When I poop? Some.
6. Is his pain relieved after a bowel movement?
   Yeah… I think so.
7. When was his last bowel movement?
   About two days ago, it was a hard stool… but he’s also been leaking stool for the past few days. More  within the website
