    2. Describe the type of feedback you will provide to support keeping the intervention fidelity high.
    3. Add the frequency of stakeholder communication (e.g., staff, organizational leadership, other department managers, or units) about intervention fidelity.

Part 1

Intervention fidelity can be defined as the extent to which a particular intervention is implemented as intended (An et al., 2020).  Intervention fidelity can be accessed using five measurable constructs namely adherence, dosage, quality of intervention delivery, participants responsiveness, and program differentiation (An et al., 2020).  In the context of my practice change, fidelity indicates the degree to which DSME is implemented as intended.
