As we reach the midpoint of the Executive CGE, I feel, the practicum experience has challenged my skills and knowledge.  The key takeaway from this course includes the importance of project management tools such as project charters and communication plans. This course has laid a great foundation on the importance of data collection and analysis in informing practice. Through the practicum, I have been collecting data related to the intervention implemented and this has enlightened me on the importance of data in healthcare and improving health outcomes.
