As a project manager, part of your responsibility will be identifying resources that you have available and those resources that you may need in addition to what is currently available. Once you know what physical and human resources you have at your disposal, you then use the PM tools introduced in the lesson to allocate and schedule them. My project focuses on the comprehensive fall prevention program in a nursing home.  Key resources to secure include nursing staff that will ensure effective implementation of the fall protocol.   These resources might be concerning to secure owing to the tight schedule in healthcare (Govasli, & Solvoll, 2020). Another resource that may be concerning to get is an IT specialist.   The IT team may be overextended to other projects making challenging to commit them to my project.   Secondly, medical directors are often busy with more responsibilities hence it might be challenging to get adequate input from them
